WHEN THINKING
ABOUT having Sunday
brunch, the absolute last
place one would consider is
a bar-b-q restaurant.
Except one with juices,
bagels, lox, cream cheese,
scrambled eggs (plain or
with lox), creamed herring,
sable, smoked fish, eggs Be-
nedict, chopped liver,
breakfast meats, fried
salami, cheese blintzes,
Danish pastries, fresh
fruits, etc.
Then there's fried chicken
and other hot goodies with
an international dish fea-
tured each week.
It's all you can eat at
$4.50 for adults and $2.95
for youngsters 12 and un-
der.
This
remarkable
brunch . . . so very good
. . . and so. very reasona-
ble . . . is every Sunday,
11:30 to 2:30 p.m., at Tun-
nel Bar-B-Q of South-
field, Northwestern and
12 Mile.
The buffet-style set-up is
probably one of the best
brunches around anywhere
and with all that food,
some of it so very expensive
now, people simply cannot
go wrong.
The casual, elegant .at-
mosphere of Tunnel
Bar-B-Q is graciously en-
hanced on Sundays by this
very sumptuous offering
. . . indeed a real family
treat . . . And folks aren't
left to shift by themselves
completely . . nosirree

. . . There's always a smil-
ing lassie around to fill up
that coffee cup from the
moment you sit down until
you leave.
Our recent visit to the
Sunday brunch at Tunnel
Bar-B-Q of Southfield was
with unbelieving eyes . . .
We didn't realize how low
the price would be . . . or
how it could with things like
lox, creamed herring, sable
and smoked fish . . . all you
wanted.
Bonnie Kiselewski
started everything off so
perfectly . . . a cute smile
as she filled our coffee
cups . . . Her continued
pleasantness was indeed
an added attraction.
Then our trips to the buf-
fet brunch tables . . . there
had to be more than one
visit . . . so many good
things to eat.
We still can't believe it
. . . but it's true . . . all
that food for $4.50 adults
and $2.95 12 or under.
And don't think for one
moment the owners of Tun-
nel aren't enjoying seeing
you eating and eating . . .
they love it.
Eat to your heart's con-
tent at Tunnel Bar-B-Q of
Southfield's Sunday brunch
...and discover how fast
you want to tell others
about it.
NO TRUTH TO the
