Technion since 1973, and has
served several terms as
dean of the department of
aeronautical engineering.
He has been head of Aero-
dynamic Laboratories since
1958, and is a research.and
development consultant to
industry and to Israel's gov-
ernment.

journalist, attorney and
scholar.

Hi-Fi Show Due

The 1978 Detroit Hi-Fi
Stereo Music Show will take
place 5-10 p.m. Feb. 17, 11
a.m.-10 p.m. Feb. 18 and
noon to 7 p.m. Feb. 19 at
Cobo Hall.
The show will feature dis-
plays of audio equipment, a
disco, local radio personal-
ities and an exhibit cele-
brating the 100th anniver-
sary of the invention of the
phonograph. Admission is
nominal.

Phillip Stollman, general
chairman of the 1978 Allied
Jewish Campaign-Israel
Emergency Fund, will
speak at the kickoff meeting
of Campaign's Metropolitan
Division special gifts sec-
tion on Sunday at the United
Hebrew Schools.
The meeting will begin at
10 a.m., following coffee at
9:45.
Stollman will discuss the
current economic situation
in Israel.
Several members of the
Jewish Welfare Feder-
ation's Young Leadership
group will lead a "buzz ses-
sion" on practical aspects of
Campaign solicitation. Fol-
lowing the discussion, an
hour will be devoted to tele-
phone solicitation of contrib-
utors.
