Mr. and Mrs. Edward C. Levy admire the Pauline and
Edward C. Levy Chapel, which has been constructed at
Mount Sinai Medical Center of Greater Miami, as a gift of
the couple, both founders of the hospital. The room is open
for use as a place for meditation for visitors, • patients'
families, and employees of the medical center. The chapel
features a stone wall with a Hebrew and English verse
selected by Levy: "Out of the depths do I cry unto thee, 0
Lord:" The Levys, who spend part of the year at their home
in Bay Harbor, Fla., also reside in Detroit. The Levys built
the All-Faiths Chapel at Sinai Hospital in Detroit. Levy is
on the board of directors of the Bar-Ban University and the
Hebrew University of Israel and is a founder of the
Technion-Israelinstitute of Technology.
