Herzog_May Quit
as Envoy to UN

his post as Israel's Am-
bassador to the United Na-
tions this summer. it was
learned here.
The envoy, now in Israel
on a brief private visit, re-
fused to talk to reporters
about his future plans until
after he has seen Foreign
Minister Moshe'Dayan. •
