Rabbi Hillel Rudaysky
has been named spiritual
leader of Cong. Beth Israel.
He served for 20 years as
rabbi of Temple Beth Sho-
lom in Framingham, Mass.
Rabbi Rudaysky held his
first pulpit in 1949 in Bay
City.
A native of Brooklyn,
N.Y., Rabbi Rudaysky has
served congregations in
New York and was director
of Bnai Brith Foundation at

the Anti-Defamation League
of Bnai Brith at a recent
dinner at the Waldorf-As-
toria in New York.
Dore Schary was the din-

the ninth recipient of the
Americanism Award, whic

Ferguson was graduated
from the Harvard Business
School. He is a trustee of

in the YMCA league; Junior

p.m. Monday and Dec. 19 at
Whittier Junior High. Senior
boys will play 7 p.m. Satur-
day and Dec. 17 at the
YMCA. The men's team
