For all its charm, Will-
emstad is the fifth busiest
port in the world. Ocean
liners sail a canal that runs
right through the center of
town. And when they do,
"Queen Emma", the
world's famous pontoon
bridge graciously swings
aside.
Curacao's market place is

Curacao's colorful past
and present can be seen in
contrast in the Curacao Mu-

desert-like countryside is
replete with giant cacti,

Curacao's weather is
nothing less than fabulous.
Anytime is a good time to
visit Curacao . . . A temper-

"Rakhmones," which in
Yiddist usage means "pity"
or "Compassion," is a quin-
tessential word that lies at
the,heart of Jewish thought.
All of Judaism's philosophy,
ethics, ethos, learning, edu-
cation, are saturated with a
sense of, and a heightened
sensitivity to, the primacy
and nobility of rakhmones.
