The Cheder Oholei Yosef
Yitschak Lubavitch, also
known as the Cheder for
Progressive Elementary
Education, will hold its
annual dinner 6:30 p.m.
Nov. 30 in the Labor Zionist
'Institute.
Founded 10 years ago, it
teaches children Torah
Judaism. The language of
instruction is Yiddish, and
children as young as age 3
are accepted. The children
read Hebrew at age 4, begin
Humash studies at age 5
and Hebrew Torah-com-
mentaries at age 6.
Featured entertainer at
this year's dinner will be
hazzan and singer, Cantor
Reuben Frankel of Chicago.
The Cheder children will
also present a brief per-
formance. Chairman of the

Cocktails and a full-course
roast beef dinner will be
served. All donations are
