Irene Lynn Solomon, 13,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
William Solomon of South-
field. The garden, planted
through the Jewish National'
Fund, by the family and
friends, will be located in
the forest established to
commemorate the Israeli
Olympic athletes, killed by
terrorists in Munich.
Irene attended the
Thompson Middle School
and was active in Kadima,
United Synagogue Youth, at
Cong. Beth Shalom.
Norman Cohen, the
child's maternal grand-
father, established the
"Norman and Molly Rose
Cohen Forest" in honor of
Cohen and in memory of his
wife, Molly Rose. It is
located in the John F. Ken-
nedy Peace Forest.
