Facility for Jewish Elderly

Federation Apartments
President Mark E. Schlus-
sel has announced the
appointment of Helen E.
Naimark as administrator
of the Oak Park senior citi-

zens' residence.
A graduate of the Univer-
sity of Michigan, Mrs. Nai-
mark previously worked as
office manager for McDon-
nell Tower, a senior citi-
zens' apartment complex in
Southfield.
She has been involved for
many years in volunteer
activities of Federation and
other Jewish organizations.
She is currently vice presi-
dent of Federation's
Women's Division, a mem-
ber of Federation's culture
and education budget and
planning group and a mem-
ber of the board of the Jew-
ish Community Center.
She also serves on the
board of the Detroit Zionist
Federation and the execu-
tive committee of the. Labor
Zionist Alliance.

Tanzman Elected
Arbitrators' Chief

David Tanzman, veteran
Detroit federal mediator,
was installed Tuesday as
president of the Society of
Professionals in Dispute
Resolution, an organization
of state and federal media-
tors, arbitrators, fact-find-
ers, conciliators and admin-
istrative law judges.
Tanzman has been with
the Federal Mediation and
Conciliation Service since
1948.
