Kaufman will serve as

of Detroit to be held 8 p.m.
Nov. 6 at Ford Auditorium.
The guest artist will be
Metropolitan Opera tenor
Misha Raitzin. The opera
star has appeared with the
Moscow and Leningrad
operas and was a frequent
soloist with the Moscow
Philharmonic.
He went to Israel in 1972
and soon became the lead-
ing tenor with the Tel Aviv
Opera. He appeared as
soloist with the Israel Phil-
harmonic Orchestra.

nati for the four-state area's
first regional conference.
The conference is

chairmen plan all-out cam-

ish adult in their commu-
nities in a total campaign
effort, Mrs. Broder said.
