THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS 32 Friday, October 7, 1977 Hebrew Union College Moving Effort Aided by Kresge Grant NEW YORK—The Kresge Foundation of Troy, Mich.. has informed Dr. Alfred Gottschalk. president of Hebrew Union College-Jew- ish Institute of Religion, that it will make a chal- lenge grant of $150,000 toward construction of a new home for the New York branch of the college.
