Soon Yassoo will have
lunches for everyone ...
sandwiches, salads, petite
filets, fried shrimp. etc... in-
cluding, of course, the
Greek specialties.
The gracious decor of
Yassoo Greek Village's 104-
seater restaurant is delight-
ful ... It's wrought iron divi-
ders making up a simula-
tion of five Greek villages,
stained glass, booths and
tables, make up a most
pleasant place to be.
We liked Yassoo the first
time ... but now perhaps a
little more.

glass of water served takes
another 16 ounces for wash-
ing — a total of 24 ounces
for each glass served. Be-
sides, it takes energy to
make the ice for the water
and to heat the water for
washing.
"2. One glass of water
times many is a lot. Each
day, about 70 million restau-
rant meals are served in
America. By not automati-
cally serving a glass of
water for each meal, more
than seven million gallons
of water could be saved
each day. That's over 2.5
billion gallons saved per
year.
"3. Savings in energy to
transport and treat that
water, heat it for washing,
freeze it for ice, and to
treat the wastes, is also a
huge amount."
