He had been study- ing this past year with Rabbi Goodman and Cantor Richard Botton, via tapes and letters sent to .Peters- burg. With the help of his New York-bornmother, Mrs. Barbara Chaney. he mastered the Hebrew texts and prayers required for the ceremony, Rabbi Good- man said. Petersburg, a fishing vil- lage of 2,000 residents, most- ly Norwegian fishermen's families, is on a small is- land near the Alaskan coast. Mrs. Chaney, believ- ed to be a divorcee, is a teacher in the town school system. ZOA Will Honor Ezekiel Leikin Takes Pleasure In Wishing Everyone 22302 MICHIGAN AVE.
