Doctors need operating capital.
o do lawyers and small businesses.
Introducing The Write Loan.
The Write Loan: Do it yourself.
The right time: The 22-month year
There are a lot of small-to-medium busi-
nesses and -personal corporations around the
Southfield area. And that's why we created the
Write Loan: To make it easier for you to borrow
money. After we approve your application for a
line of credit, you get the loan by just submitting a
Loan Activator. It's automatic. And you can use
/ all or part of your line at any time.
It's possible to renew your commitment for
an additional one-year period. There is also a
ten-month extended payment plan that allows
you to stretch your payments, provided the
terms of the, original loan are complied with. We
believe the more optons yoil have open, the
better.
The right note: Re-payment made
- simple.
Your repayment is based on a revolving
note with a required minimumMonthly_payment
, equal to 1120 of the commitment. Theamount of
interest is calculated and payable monthly.
The right bank: Us.
We understand what businesses and private
corporations need from a bank (After all, we're
in business, too.) So we want to make your loan
as quick and free from red tape as we possibly
can. Come in and talk to one of our loan
specialists. They'll be glad to give you the full
story. After that, we think you'll like what de-
velops.
