Bagir has been sub-li- censed to manufacture Car- din men's wear in Israel by the House of Bril. a French firm which holds the li- cense to produde and dis- tribute Cardin clothing in France and several other countries including those , int he Middle East. During the past week. a North American licensee visiting Israel met with ex- ecutives of Bagir. the Car- din spokesman said.
