NEW YORK (JTA)—A
hearing date is expected to
be set before the end of this

ee who was dismissed after
she asked for time off for
the Shavuot holidays. ac-
cording to the National Jew-
ish Commission on Law and
Public Affairs.

Sidney Kwestel, COLPA
president, said a complaint
was filed on behalf of the

division found "probable
cause" to believe the Ja-
maica Savings Bank was
guilty of discrimination.
