Dr. Rogoff came to De- troit with his mother in 1916 from Vilna, Russia. He graduated from Northern High School, attended Wayne University, and then transferred to the Univer- trii*Z 1\ tice of medicine on De- troit's east side before open- ing offices in the Mac- cabees Building and in the David Whitney Building. He moved his office to South- field in 1963. Dr. Rogoff and the for- mer Sarah Epstein have been married 45 years.
