About 1.000 young people
from abroad who wanted to
participate in the World Zi-
onist Organization's sum-
mer youth volunteer proj-
ects in Israel this year
were turned away because
of the housing shortage, the
Jewish Agency Executive
was told.
The report was presented
by Reuven Agmon, director
general of the WZO's youth
and halutz department
which brought over 10.000
of the 15,000 youths cur-
rently participating in the
summer projects.
Yosef Almogi. chairman
of the WZO and Jewish
Agency Executives, ex-
pressed concern. He said
that past experience

it accumulates. Brown the
chopped onions. Add three
cups of water. Bring to a boil.
Add salt and pepper. Cook
over low heat for 1 1/4 -1 1/2
hours. Meat should be tender.
Remove riblets from the wa-
ter.
In a small saucepan, heat
the juice, vinegar, sugar, mus-
tard and soysauce. Bring to a
boil; stir well. Simmer 10 min-
utes, stirring frequently. Place
the riblets in a broiler pan.
Brush with pineapple juice,
vinegar, etc. mixture. Broil
about seven minutes. Turn
over and brush other side with
juice mixture. Broil another
few minutes. Serve imme-
diately. Serves 6.
