The younger Rosenthal died June 6 of com- plications following open heart surgery. He was a senior at MSU, majoring in pre-law. The memorial fund has been designated to provide financial aid to students par- ticipating in the Legislative Research Aide Program op- erated by MSU's Office of Volunteer Programs. Under the program, Rosenthal worked as an aide to State Sen. John Welborn.
