highest AZA chapter
achievement awards for out-
standing participation in
Council activities through-

The AZA Outstanding Chap-
ter Award and the AZA
Most Improved Chapter
Award.
Goode AZA received the
Minutes Incentive Award
"for keeping outstanding
minutes of the year's meet-
ings." The award for the
best BBG Scrapbook went
to Fanny Brice BBG.
Ian Alexis, Great Lakes
AZA president. will partici-
pate in the International
BBYO Leadership Kallah,
which will be held in July
at the Bnai Brith Perlman
Camp in Starlight, Pa.
Holli Hart, Great Lakes
BBG president. and David
Weiner, Rose AZA presi-
dent, will join Ian at the
conference.
The - Great Lakes AZA
and BBG Councils an-
nounce the appointment of
Bryan Kraft of Icishon AZA
and Debbie Davidson of Gla-
zer BBG as coordinators of
the 1977 Michigan BBYO Re-
gional Convention. The con-
vention takes place in De-
cember.
A total of 76 Michigan Re-
gion BBYOers are in El-
khart Lake, Wis., at the
1977 District 6 BBYO con-
vention. Michigan Region is
acting as host for this
year's convention and is re-
sponsible for the major pro-
gram planning. The theme
for this year's convention is
"Prejudice. Jewish Values
and Jewish Youth" and the
slogan is "Human Rights
and Human Wrongs."
Aspecial District 6 Advi-
sor Training Institute will
be held concurrently with
the convention. Michigan
Region advisors at the in-
stitute are: Fred Gold-
enberg, L'Chaim AZA;
Mickey Rosner. Rose AZA;
Helene Goldenberg, Gan
Dafna BBG; Janice Rosner,
Glazer BBG; Myrna Unger,
Naches BBG; and Linda
Wolfe, Shalom Aviv BBG.

a farewell dance for Linda
