Tel Aviv Is Rated as Expensive City NEW YORK—Tel Aviv ranks among the 10 most expensive cities of the world, according to a re- cent Swiss banking sur- vey. Tel Aviv also is one of the 10 cities with the low- est salaries in the world. Among other expensive cities are Tokyo, Oslo, Stockholm, Zurich, Geneva, Copenhagen, New York, Paris and Manama, the capital of Bahrain. As to the cities where worker's income is the lowest, Tel Aviv joins with Buenos Aires, Man- ila, . Bogota, Istanbul, Singapore, Lisbon, Athens, Rio de Janeiro and Teheran.
