KupatHolimSeeks Expansion Funds NEW YORK—Histadrut's medical system, Kupat Holim, has adopted a budg- et of about $30 million for development of its in- stitutions in the fiscal year 1977-78, and is seeking sources to finance an addi- tional $20 million for the building of new medical cen- ters and clinics. Dr. Chaim Doron, chair- man of Kupat Holim, made the announcement in Haifa, at the dedication ceremo- nies to two wings of the new Carmel Hospital. Dr. Doron stated that Kupat Holim's new policy is to erect community medi- cal centers and clinics, rather than build more hos- pitals.
