Parley Dates Changed for Jews To avoid a conflict with Rosh Hashana, the dates for the National Governors' Conference, to be held at the Detroit Plaza Hotel, have been changed to Sept. 7-9. The change in dates came about at the request of Michigan Gov. William Milliken, who learned that Goys. Milton Shapp of Penn- sylvania and Marvin Man- del of Maryland would be unable to attend the confer- ence because of the conflict- ing dates. Students of the Temple Kol Ami Religious.
