JERUSALEM — Part of
a cultural agreement be-
tween the Hebrew Univer-
sity of Jerusalem and the
Central University of Ca-
racas was implemented re-
cently when the Venezuelan
Ambassador to Israel, Napo-
leon Gimenez, presented a
gift of 250 books to the Hebr-
ew University.
Also, the university was
the recipient of .a gift of
nearly 800 books from Bra-
zil. Making the presentation
to the university was Prof.
Mario G. Ferri, former Rec-
tor of the University of Sao
Paulo and now president of
its publishing house, which
published or co-published-
all the books presented. He
was in Israel for the Inter-
