on the first anniversary of
the founding of the Am-
bassador's Society of
Trustees.
Local chairman of the so-
ciety, which honors purchas-
ers of $10,000 or more, is

field. Locally, 1976 member-
ship totaled 65; in the first
four months of this year 42
persons have joined the So-
ciety.
Gordon also reported that
the Prime Minister's Club,
Israel Bond's top-level hon-
orary society, which real-
ized 62 me_mbers in 1976,
has nearly 60 members al-
ready enrolled for 1977.

KRAFT'S MARBLE
CHEESECAKE
1 cup graham' cracker
crumbs
3 tbsps. margarine, melted
3 tbsp. sugar

3 8-oz. pkgs. Philadelphia
Brand cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1-oz. square unsweetened
chocolate, melted
Combine crumbs, .marga-
rine and sugar; press onto
bottom of 9-inch springform
pan. Bake at 350°, 10 min-
utes. Increase oven temper-
ature to 450°.
Combine softened cream
cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, flour
and vanilla, mixing at me-
dium speed on electric
mixer until well blended-
Add eggs, one at a time,
mixing well after each addi-
tion. To 1 cup of batter add
melted chocolate; mix until
well blended. Spoon plain
and chocolate batters alter-
nately over crust; cut
through batter with knife
several times for marble ef-
fect. Bake at 450°, 10 min-
utes. Reduce oven temper-
ature to 250°;, continue bak-
ing for 30 minutes. Loosen
cake from rim of pan; cool
before removing rim of
pan. Chill.
