Hotel.
Mrs. Greenberg is the
president of the Women's
Division of Jewish Welfare
Federation. She was for-
merly recording secretary
and vice president of educa-
tion. She is on the board of
governors of Federation
and United Jewish Chari-
ties.
In 1966. she received the
Sylvia Simon Greenberg
Award, an honor given an-
nually to a woman with out-
standing leadership qual-
ities and community com-
mitment.- She is a board
member of Jewish Family
Service. where she also was
treasurer and vice presi-
dent, a member of AJCom-
mittee's Task Force on
Women and was on the
boards of National Council
of Jewish Women and
Brandeis University Nation-
al Women's Committee.
She organized wind was
first chairman of the Art to
the Schools Committee of
the Detroit Institute of
Arts.
Greenberg is president of
the Jewish Community Cen-
ter. A board memberof the
Center since 1964, he held
the positions of treasurer.
secretary and vice presi-
dent before his election as
president. He supervised_
the Jewish Center's move
from Detroit to its present
site in West Bloomfield.
He also is affiliated with
the Jewish Vocational Serv-
ice. Allied .Jewish Cam-
paign. (division -chairman),
ORT. American Jewish
Committee and Technion.
He is a. member of the
board of directors of the Na-
tional Jewish Welfare
Board and the board of gov-
ernors of Federation. He
has served on the Budget
and Planning Committee
for United Community Serv-

Noodle kugel is always a
favorite for a buffet luncheon
or a Shabat dinner. This one
is a bit different in that it uses
wine.
1 lb. wide noodles
4 eggs
1 stick melted margarine
2 large apples,
peeled and grated
1 /2cup Concord grape wine
1 /2 cup brown sugar
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Boil noodles in salt water
according to package direc-
tions. Drain. Add all in-
gredients and mix well. Pour
into greased 9x13-inch pan.
Bake in 350-degree oven for
about one hour or until
brown.
