Despite the positive feel- ings toward Zionism, the ties with Israel and Zionism on the part of non-Zionist or- ganizations tend to be super- ficial and misguided. The concept of "Zionism" ROBERT ROCKAWAY meets a cold and apathetic largely at fault for this situ- ation.
