A wide variety of year-round edu-
cational services, including a fine
library, is available at the Jewish
Community Center, an agency
supported by Detroit's Allied
Jewish Campaign-Israel Emer-
gency Fund.
Campaign funds support formal Jewish education at United Hebrew
Schools and the Midrasha for some 2,000 students.
The Jewish Vocational Service and Community
Workshop, supported by the Allied Jewish Camp-
aign-Israel Emergency Tun-d, provides both job
skills and Jewish acculturation experiences for
retarded and handicapped members of the com-
munity.

Your contributions to the Allied Jewish Campaign-Israel Emergency
Fund subsidize a 'country vacation in a Jewish atmosphere for
'children at Camp Tamarack this summer.
The Campaign helps provide an intensive Jewish education for many
children at Akiva and Hillel Day Schools and Yeshivat Beth Yehudah.
We believe that Jewish youth of every age who receive religious and
cultural training` areless likely to ignore their heritage than those who don't.
