(Continued from Page 37)
Hotel guests enter the De-
troit Plaza directly from a
covered driveway at street
level on the west side of the
complex ... All the comings
and goings of the Detroit
Plaza are centered on this
level. ... Across the wide at-
rium walkway, guests ride
to their tower rooms via 12
high and low-rise elevators
... Open staircases and es-
calators take the guests to
three levels. The Mikado
Japanese restaurant will be
on this level.
There are 18 elliptical
cocktail pods—suspended -
over the lobby pool and
lobby court seating, both of
which offer vantage points
for people-gazing ... The
cocktail pods are serviced
by the hotel's mobile
"Trolley" bar..
Crowning the '73-story
tower is The Summit, open-
ing soon as the world's larg-
est tri-level revolving res-
taurant and cocktail lounge
complex ... The top-most re-
volving level will be re-
- served for cocktails while
the lower counter-rotating
level will be a dining room
... In between the two is
The Summit entry-level
with its stationary cocktail
pods suspended in mid-air.

A plan to mark the 30th

Jerusalem, was presented
by Moshe Rivlin, chair-
man of the Jewish Na-
tional Fund, at the meet-
ing of the JNF board of
directors. The Ministry of
Education has already
given its blessing to this
project.

is told by Mrs. Barnett
Dickman, member of Com-

Israeli Navy ... He went
into one room, filled out ap-

asked if he could get his uni-

'Sorry, we're out of uni-

could at least get his hat ...
and was told, 'Sorry, we're
out of hats.' ... He passed
onto the third room where
again he filled out more

NEW YORK—Jewish youth
most susceptible to evangelical
missionary efforts' are those be-
tween 15 and 22 years of age
who have emotional, home or
parental problems and may be
into the drug culture, accord-
ing to an Anti-Defamation
League of Bnai Brith survey.
The findings reveal, however,
, that attempts to convert young
Jews by evangelicals and reli-
gious cults have largely failed.
The ADL survey, based on re-
sponses from some 200 rabbis
from 136 cities in 32 states, in-
cludes recommendations on
countering missionary at-
tempts. According to Nat la-
meny, chairman of the
League's national program
committee, most of the rabbis
reported that few of those in-
fluenced "came from stable
homes, where one or both par-
ents were active in some as-
pects of Jewish communal
life."
