Artifacts Found JERUSALEM Young volunteers from the scout movement, to- gether with the Jewish National Fund and the Department of An- tiquities, at a dig in Canada Park (Ayalon \Talley) have found ar- tifacts attesting to Jewish settlement in the area, including ancient ceremonial lamps, a fam- ily shrine, coins from the Hasmonean period (2nd Century BCE), and the period of the revolt (2nd Century CE).
