Proceeds from sale of the book are used for the council's scholarship fund. 1 15 1/2 oz. box brownie mix 2 eggs, beaten 3 tbsps. water 1/3 cup bourbon 1/2 cup margarine 3 tbsps. bourbon 2 cups confectioners sugar 1 16-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 tbsps. margarine Follow the directions on the brownie mix box for cake-like brownies, using the 2 eggs and 3 tbsps. of water. Spread mixture in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake according to box di- rections; transfer brow- nies to a rack to cool. Brush with 1/3 cup bour- bon. Mix the 1/2 cup mar- garine with 3 tbsps. bour- bon and the confectioners sugar. Spread this on top of the bourbon-brushed brownies. Melt the choco- late chips with 2 tbsps. margarine.
