Cookie Recipe

Pineapple and cheese
are an excellent combina-
tion. These s cookie
squares look pretty and
taste great. Keep them
refrigerated to store.
11/2 cups cookie crumbs •
1/3 cups melted margarine
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cups sugar
#2 can crushed pineapple, well
drained
8 oz. cream cheese
2 egg yolks, beaten (save whites,
for topping)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. flour.
Mix crumbs, margarine, cin-
namon, and sugar. Spread on the
boftom of a 9x9 square pan. Put
pineapple on top. Mix the rest of
the ingredients together in your
mixer. Pour over the pineapple.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min-
utes. For a topping: Beat 2
eggwhites with 1/4 cup sugar
until stiff. Pour over baked
squares and bake 10 more minut-
es.
