UIA Chairman Predicting
Difficult Future for Israel

NEW YORK (JTA) —
While the "trauma" of the
Yom Kippur War has
faded in Israel, "the Is-

of maintaining their life-

Melvin Dubinsky told the
United Israel Appeal's
annual trustees meeting.
