The Public Broadcast-
ing Service will present
the documentary "Of
Pure Blood" 9 p.m. today
on Channel 56.
The documentary re-
calls the plan by Henrich
Himmler to breed a -super
race by means of. the
Lebensborn program, a
human breeding colony,
and by kidnapping chil-
dren of other countries —
who fit the Aryan de-
scription — to absorb and
"Germanize" them.
The program is pro-
duced by Clarissa Henry
and her husband, Marc
Hillel, who traced the vic-
tims of the Himmler
schemes.
