Jack J. Kraizman, judge advocate of the Michigan JWV, said the i organization_ is trying to involve as many Jewish and non-Jewish groups as possible in order to obtain 100.000-150,000 signa- ti by Feb. 15, when the ne. Michigan legislature is fully organized.
