Marvin H. Goldman
and David S. Mondry
have been appointed to
serve as associate chair-
men for the 1977 Allied
Jewish Campaign-Israel
Emergency Fund. Re-
appointed as treasurers
of the Campaign are
Louis Hamburger and
Samuel Hamburger. The
appointments were an-
nounced by general
chairman Daniel M. Hon-
igman.
Goldman has been
chairman of the Indust-
rial and Automotive Divi-
sion of the Campaign and
also serves on the board
of directors of the Jewish
Home for Aged.
Mondry has served as
chairman of the Mercan-
tile Division, vice chair-
man and pre-Campaign
chairman, and is active in
Federation's Detroit Ser-
vice Group. In addition,
he is a trustee of Sinai
Hospital.

United Hebrew Schools.
The awards meeting, a
dual-honoring of organi-

zational treasury gifts to
the 1976 Campaign and
individuals who rendered
service will be addressed
by David S. Mondry, as-
sociate chairman of the
1977 Allied Jewish
Campaign-Israel Emer-
gency Fund.
Serving in the chair-
men's role for the Met-
ropolitan Division of the
1977 AJC-IEF Campaign
are Rabbi James Gordon
and Isadore Shrodeck.
Jerome B. Greenbaum is
associate Chairman and
John Nemon is chairman
of the executive board.

participated with the
Boston University Con-
cert Orchestra at the
Herbert von Karajan In-
ternational Meeting of
Student Orchestras in
Berlin.
Miss Sahm is a flutist in
the orchestra which won
the second place silver
medal in the competition.

Louis G. Allen, presi-
dent of Manufacturers
National Bank of Detroit
and its holding company,
the Manufacturers Na-
tional Corp., will be par-
ticipating
in the 1976 Na-
.
tional Bankers Delega-
tion to Israel, under the
auspices of State of Israel
Bonds next week.
The delegation mem-
bers will be guests of the
Israeli government, by
invitation of the Israel
Ministry of Economics.
Allen will be joining a
select group of 15 bankers
and industrialists from
all parts of the United
States in a-week-long look
at Israel from a banker's
viewpoint. Accompany-
ing Mr. and Mrs. Allen
from Detroit will be David
Pollack of Franklin, gen-
eral chairman of Greater
Metropolitan Detroit
State of Israel Bonds.
