tures, opposite leading
luminaries such as Bing
Crosby, Burt Lancaster,
Gregory Peck, Kirk Doug-
las, Bob Hope, Charlton
Heston and Glenn Ford.
Three years ago, she
made her Broadway debut
in the new production of
Clare Booth Luce's "The
Women," and in 1975 she
was on the musical stage
as Madam Dubonnet in
"The Boy Friend."

At the Hollywood Bowl,
her one-woman concert of
Cole Porter and Irving
Berlin compositions,
backed by a 90-piece or-
chestra, opened still
another field and led to a
Las Vegas engagement
as well as a recording con-
tract, and a 10-week Ger-
shwin concert tour cul-
minating in a starring
performance on the Bell
Telephone Hour.
Television viewers
have seen her in "Mac-
Millan and Wife," "Ellery
Queen," "Police Woman,"
NBC Movies of the Week
and on the Mery Griffin
Show.
Miss Fleming is recog-
nized for her philan-
thropic work, especially
for her efforts for the City
