The luncheon will climax the special gifts campaign conducted by the Bnai brith Women's Council of Metropolitan Detroit in conjunction with the Bnai Biith Youth and Services Ap- peal. The daughter of a re- knowned cantor, Mrs. Allan is a pianist and composer. She received her music degrees from the London Royal Academy and the Scot- tish National Academy of Music. She was president of the Music Study Club of Metropolitan Detroit and has discovered many young musicians. Her music life has won her international recogni- tion. She has recorded two albums of her own music, has appeared on national television, and is listed in the "International Who's Who of Women" and the "International Who's Who of Women Composers".
