for the post.
Kaufman has been a
trial and appellate attor-
ney for 23 years and is
president of his law firm.
He is an active member

Looking for a good side
dish that's low in
calories? Try this one
served with broiled fish or
any type of meat. Be sure
to use enough spice to
bring out the flavor.
Soak peeled, sliced
eggplant in lightly salted
cold' water for 30 minutes.
Drain. Brown all fresh
vegetables in a teflon
pan. Put browned veget-
ables in a lightly greased
casserole dish. Add can-
ned tomatoes and Italian
seasoning spice to taste.
Bake uncovered at 350
degrees for 20 minutes.
