Soften gelatin in cold water
and-set aside. Beat egg yolks. In
top of double boiler place egg
yolks, honey, orange rind, orange
juice and cook over hot water,
mixing until thickened. Add gela-
tin and stir to dissolve. When mix-
ture is cold, add stiffly beaten egg
whites. Pour mixture into graham
cracker crust. Top with whip. Chill
for four hours.
