established.
Darsky/Dubin, Inc.,

created by three Detroit-
ers with more than 30
years' combined experi-
ence in communications
and Jewish community
relations.
They are David Darsky,
owner of an advertising-
public relations firm for
many years; Harold Du-
bin, former assistant di-
rector of the Jewish
Community Council of
Metropolitan Detroit;
and Charlotte Dubin,
former city editor of The
(Detroit) Jewish News.
