Donation Day Aids Non-Profit Groups
A & P Supermarkets
have begun a "Donation
Days" promotion in
which a particular A &
P store will donate five
percent of a shopper's
purchase to a non-profit
.organization he desig-
nates to be the recipient
of the funds.
The store issues an
identification card with
the name of the recipient
organization, the date
the Donation Day is in ef-
fect and the location of
the participating store.
Tuesday has been de-
signated as Temple Beth
Jacob of Pontiac's dona-
tion days at the 15 Mile
and Lahser store.
