Combine crumbs and mar-
garine; press onto bottom of
9-inch square pan. Combine sof-
tened cream cheese, sugar and
egg yolks, mixing until well
blended. Beat egg whites until
soft peaks form. Fold egg whites
and whipped cream into cream
cheese mixture. Divide mixture in
half. Fold orange rind into one
half; blend chocolate into other
half. Spoon mixtures alternately
over crust; cut through mixtures
with knife several times for mar-
ble effect, and freeze. Serves
8-10.

1 10-oz. package frozen
strawberries, thawed
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Combine crumbs, sugar and
margarine; press onto bottom of
9-inch springform pan.

rind, mixing at medium speed on
electric mixer until well blended.
