Saute onion in oil. Add livers
and mushrooms; cook until mus-
hrooms are tender, about 10 mi-
nutes. Blend in flour, salt and
pepper; gradually stir in broth.
Cook over low heat, stirring con-
stantly, until thickened. Makes
about 3 cups sauce.
Cook 8 ozs. spaghetti or egg
noodles and toss with sauce.
