11/2 pounds ground chuck
1/4 cup grated onion
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten

3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup diced green pepper
Combine meat, onion, bread
crumbs, beaten egg, water, salt
and pepper. Mix well and form
into about 30 balls. Brown in
Planters Peanut Oil. Meanwhile,
to prepare the sauce, combine
undrained pineapple tidbits, vin-
egar, sugar and cornstarch in
small saucepan. Cook over
medium heat until mixture thic-
kens and begins to boil. Add
pineapple mixture to the meat-
balls along with diced green pep-
per. Cook another 5 mintues.
Serves six.
