through the sanctuary
and after services.

Boyer celebrate his Bar
Mitzva were his two sis-
ters and his mother. Sev-
eral friends and the Bar
Mitzva were treated to a
luncheon in the home of
Eleanor Smith,
synagogue librarian.

been elected president of
the Association for the
advancement of Science
in Israel, the coordinat-
ing body for all scientific
groups in Israel.
Prof. Jammer, a former
rector and president of
Bar-Ilan, is an interna-
tional authority on the
foundations of quantum
mechanics and modern
physics.

30 years, given with his
teacher, Cantor Adler, in
March, 1973. His most re-

leans was performed with
