Snyder, former Detroit-
ers of Hollywood, Fla.,
celebrated their 50th
wedding anniversary at a
family open house July
25.
The Snyders were mar-
ried in Chelsea, Mass., in
1926 and moved to the
Detroit area in 1933,
where they lived until
1970 when they retired to
Florida.
The couple have three
children, George, Eleanor
and Martin; eight grand-
children and two great-
grandchildren.
Also attending the
open house were Mr. and
Mrs. David Kanter of
New York. Kanter is the
brother of Mrs. Snyder.
