The Taubers were born in Austria and came to the United States shortly after the turn of the century. They met in New York the family at the celebra- tions. Emphasizing the primacy of the Jewish Agency and the Keren Hayesod, the world committee issued an appeal to world Jewry to increase the fund-raising as well as educational pro- grams and to avoid duplica- tion of efforts or overlap- ping that leads to diversity in fund-raising, Zuckerman reported upon his return here this week from the Je- rusalem meetings.
