Israelis Hopeful at Olympics

Olympic team consists of 11
individual members and her
soccer team at the 21st
Olympiad which continues
through next week in Mon-
treal.
Israel's best chance for a
medal appears to be
24-year-old Esther Roth in
the 110-meter hurdles. Her
coach, Amitzur Shapiro,
was one of the Israelis killed
by terrorists at the Munich
games in 1972. Esther's best
time in the hurdles, 13:17
seconds, places her among
the eight top women hur-
dlers in the world.
She has also qualified for
