Spitz Joins ABC's Olympic Coverage LOS ANGELES — Mark Spitz, the winner of seven gold medals for swimming• in the 1972. Olympics, who never quite made the money or the name his agents pre- dicted, will try for a come- back as a swimming com- mentator on ABC's coverage of the 1976 Olympics. While hoping to do well as a commentator he admits that if he is not successful it will probably mark an end to his career in the public eye.
